Linworth Experiential Program

(2016)

Context: Research project with the Linworth Experiential Program, an alternative high school where students complete an annual Interim — a week-long, self-directed experiential learning opportunity. The project aimed to understand how students and teachers perceive and experience Interim, and how the program could be better supported.

Role: Designed and facilitated generative research activities with both students and teachers; collected and compared insights across groups; synthesized findings into visual maps and frameworks to highlight similarities, differences, and opportunities.

Outcome/Impact: Revealed key gaps between student and teacher perspectives on Interim. Identified ways to improve the Interim process to make finding an Interim project easier.
