Self Perception Method Exploration

Using online participation methods to explore how students perceive themselves and their experience adapting to COVID.

5 students engaging in online learning were asked to explain their self perceptions via an online collaborative whiteboard platform called Miro. Using the images and words provided in the item bank, they chose items which reflected themselves and ranked the items with those most integral to their self-perception at the top of the pyramid. Further, they were asked to position 4 life segments on a scale noting the amount of change which had occurred in each segment during COVID. The data from the co-design sessions was then analyzed using an "on-the-wall" clustering method in a digital form which successfully captured both project insights and method insights.
